Rajesh “ND” Kumar has built his career on his ability to produce results. In his role as the VP Delivery & Customer Success, he is responsible for the effortless execution of efficient and effective delivery organizations, as well as maintaining relationships with long-term customers. ND’s primary focus is on customer success and satisfaction, understanding and then executing the customer’s vision. He approaches quality analytics solutions delivery with a methodical, collaborative mindset. His project management skills have made him an undeniable leader on the Systech Solutions, Inc. team.

ND has dedicated the past 20+ years of his career to delivery of traditional and advanced analytics solutions for mid to large sized organizations. He doesn’t hesitate to execute quick decisions and architect solutions in a short amount of time. ND is deeply passionate about equipping his customers with the most advanced tools and execution model that fit the customer expectations and increase their ROI. His vast experience with traditional RDBMS in on-prem and cloud environments, makes him an extremely dynamic and well-rounded leader.

ND’s vast analytics experience includes but is not limited to the insurance, mutual funds, utilities, entertainment, manufacturing, and food distribution business verticals. He is well versed in data security and governance, and is proficient across MPP databases, big data processing, and analytic technologies, including Hadoop, R, and stream processing. Additionally, he is deeply knowledgeable with respect to MDM and enterprise data management systems.

ND graduated from Karnatak University in with a Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and son. In his free time, he enjoys playing drums various events for the Indian Diaspora in Southern California.
