Explore the Four Services
The challenge

Keeping the lights on shouldn’t use up all the budget.

When operations are reactive, teams spend their time on noise and upkeep, and modernization keeps slipping.
🔔

Alert noise buries real incidents

Monitoring tools generate more alerts than teams can act on. Engineers chase symptoms while the issues users actually feel take longer to resolve.
🧱

Support crowds out modernization

Most of the effort goes into keeping legacy applications and infrastructure running. Technical debt grows, and new capabilities wait.
🛡️

Security signals lack context

Alerts arrive without the answers that matter: which service is affected, who owns it and what response is safe to take.
Four managed services

Every layer your business runs on. Run well and improved.

Infrastructure, applications, security operations and AIOps, each delivered with engineering expertise, automation and AI.

01 · IT Infrastructure Managed Services

Reliable infrastructure. Better employee experience.

What it is
We manage the technology your people use and the infrastructure behind your business applications, across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments. Our approach connects day-to-day support with performance, security and cost management.
Why Systech
We connect infrastructure support with application and business context. That helps teams prioritize the issues users actually feel, automate repeatable work and modernize without losing control of existing environments.
Our offerings
✓
Digital workplace supportEnd-user devices, service requests, endpoint management and employee experience.
✓
Hybrid infrastructure operationsServers, storage, networks, virtualization, cloud services and platforms managed through a consistent operating model.
✓
Proactive supportMonitoring, AI-assisted triage, automation and approved self-healing workflows.
✓
Operational securityPatching, vulnerability remediation, access controls and compliance-related tasks embedded in routine operations.
✓
Cloud cost optimizationWorkload rightsizing, usage visibility and FinOps practices across hybrid and multi-cloud estates.
02 · Application Managed Services

Run today’s applications. Engineer what comes next.

What it is
We support, maintain and improve business applications throughout their lifecycle. Alongside incident resolution and change management, we use AI-assisted engineering to understand legacy systems, reduce technical debt and introduce new capabilities.
Why Systech
Systech brings application engineering and AI capabilities into managed services. We can support an application while building a practical path to modernize it, with priorities tied to business value and operational risk.
Our offerings
✓
Application support and maintenanceIncident, problem, change, release and performance management.
✓
Continuous improvementEnhancements to workflows, integrations and user experience.
✓
AI-assisted engineeringCode analysis, documentation, testing and development support.
✓
Application modernizationReverse engineering of legacy applications, followed by redesign, refactoring, migration or replacement where appropriate.
✓
AI-enabled applicationsEmbedding assistants, search, automation and agentic workflows into business applications.
✓
Reliability engineeringApplication observability, performance tuning and resilience improvements.
03 · Security Operations Managed Services

Turn security signals into coordinated action.

What it is
Security Operations, or SecOps, brings together monitoring, investigation and response across your technology environment. We help security teams identify meaningful threats, manage exposures and coordinate action using defined playbooks and clear accountability.
Why Systech
Our infrastructure, application and AI capabilities give security investigations operational context: which service is affected, who owns it and what response is safe to take. We can integrate with a customer’s existing security investments and apply automation where the response is well understood and approved.
Our offerings
✓
Security monitoring and detectionVisibility across endpoints, identities, networks, cloud services and applications.
✓
Alert investigation and responseTriage, threat analysis, escalation and coordinated containment and remediation.
✓
Vulnerability and exposure managementPrioritization, remediation tracking and verification.
✓
Security platform operationsManagement and tuning of tools such as SIEM, EDR, firewalls and security automation platforms.
✓
Identity and data protection operationsMonitoring and operational support for access controls, privileged access and data loss prevention.
✓
Security reportingIncident trends, control effectiveness, response performance and audit evidence.
04 · AIOps Managed Services

See the pattern. Find the cause. Restore service.

What it is
AIOps applies AI and automation to IT operations data, including alerts, logs, metrics, traces and service records. It helps operations teams connect related events, identify likely causes and act before a technical issue becomes a prolonged business disruption.
Why Systech
Systech can bring AIOps into the operational workflow, from detection through investigation and resolution. Our approach works with a customer’s existing monitoring and ITSM tools, while keeping engineers accountable for decisions and outcomes.
Our offerings
✓
Unified operational visibilityConnect telemetry across infrastructure, networks, applications and cloud services.
✓
Event correlation and noise reductionGroup related alerts and focus teams on service-impacting incidents.
✓
Anomaly detectionIdentify unusual behavior and emerging performance problems.
✓
Root-cause assistanceRelate incidents to assets, dependencies, changes and historical patterns.
✓
Intelligent incident managementAI-assisted ticket enrichment, routing, summaries and recommended next steps.
✓
Controlled remediationRunbooks and automated actions with approval gates for consequential changes.
✓
Continuous service improvementAnalyze recurring incidents, capacity trends and service performance to prevent repeat failures.
How we run it

AI and automation, with engineers in control.

The same principles run through all four services.
01

AI where it speeds resolution

AI-assisted triage, ticket enrichment, code analysis and root-cause assistance help teams resolve issues faster.
02

Automation with approval gates

Self-healing workflows and automated runbooks act where the response is well understood, with approval gates for consequential changes.
03

Context across every layer

Infrastructure, application and security work connected to business context, so teams prioritize what users actually feel.
