Vice President, Customer Success
For the past 17 years, Keerthana Venkatesan has established herself as a natural leader and strategic force within Systech. In her current role as the VP of Customer Success, she has driven the organizational transformation to create a stronger customer-centric culture within the company’s operations. This manifests as optimal performance, outcome, business transformation, and data framework implementation. Keerthana – and her carefully selected team – are meticulous with the execution of Systech Solution’s various data solutions and delivering successful customer outcomes. She has led noteworthy projects for companies such as Toyota Finance, IFFCO, GE, Walmart.com, and Diageo India.
Keerthana plays an instrumental role in the selection and training the Learning and Development team. There, she lays out the goals for every quarter, and works meeting those training goals through the number of certifications, training programs, self-learning programs, and more throughout the quarter. For the India division, she manages the project timelines and teams, monitors delivery time, and ensures that each team member is trained in various skills and new technologies. Additionally, she has managed Systech Solution’s Chennai Data & Analytic Bootcamp for almost 5 years. For the USA division, Keerthana collaborates with the USA Customer Success Director to produce the most impactful project planning, project delivery, templates, allocations, and appraisal processes possible.
She was awarded, “Best Manager” in 2017, for her outstanding contributions to the organization. Additionally, Keerthana was a key player on the “Customer Recognition for Best BPM Implementation” team for the Diageo India project in 2018.
Keerthana earned a B.E. in Computer Science from St. Peter’s College (Anna University, Chennai), as well as a Post Graduate Executive Program in Management (PGXPM) from Great Lakes Institute of Management Chennai. In her free time, she enjoys thriller web series, reading fictions in English and Tamil, listening to ARR music, and trying new vegetarian recipes. Keerthana currently resides in Chennai with her husband and two kids.
