Role Description:
Managers plays a key role in ensuring the success of the organization. They play critical role from attracting new talent,
developing new talent, manage internal initiatives, manage & execute customer engagement, process & people
management, and finally planning.

Role Responsibility:

  • To manage project: Successfully manage (small to large initiative both
    internal and client project) the project execution and delivery using PM
    methodology to completion, monitor the project delivery and organize
    audit process with COEs, work with talent management for optimal team
    assignment, work with finance team on project billings, track
    performance score of the delivery team, encourage innovation, work with
    support team for resource needs Managing small to large initiatives.
  • To attract talent: market Systech brand, manage, talent intake programs
    (intern and other programs) and orientation, participate in hiring process
    and assist to recruiting table through networking
  • To train talent: Train the next generation leaders, create awareness /
    suggest the needed training programs, monitoring the training programs
    (Basic, Advanced and Expert) and analyze the GAP and recommend the
    changes in training programs to the COE
  • Other roles include, from project planning to talent planning, forecasting
    of talent requirement, coordinate appraisal program, people
    management, and encourage innovation

Role Requirement:

  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain customer trust and confidence
  • Hands on experience creating, managing and maintaining all the documentations required for Waterfall model
  • Hands on experience on time / effort estimates for new project/services for the complete SDLC
  • Proven ability to lead initiative and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools such as Jira, Greenhopper, Rally, or VersionOne, and Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in project management of small to large implementation
  • Work experience in delivering Datawarehouse projects
  • Experience in project planning, estimating, approach definition
  • Implementing SDLC, Agile methodology in the projects
  • Should have mentored / trained team in all aspects of knowledge needed for the project
  • Should have had experience with team allocation and manage all kind of risks relating to project
  • Working experience in implementing PMO objectives and measurements in projects
  • Proven track record with 7+ years in successfully delivering projects as project manager
  • Experience in Product management a plus
  • Ability to technically understand the overlay of Data Management/Data Engineering &
    Data Analytics Projects.
  • Has prior technical knowledge/hands on experience in technologies related to Data
    Management/Data Engineering & Data Analytics Projects. Example – SQL
    SERVER/ORACLE/SAP HANA, etc., Informatica/SSIS/DBT/IICS/DataStage and/or
    MicroStrategy/Power BI/Tableau/Qlik ,etc.,
  • Has managed projects on Cloud technologies – Azure (ADF, Synapse, Databricks,
    etc.,) , AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue)
