Job Description: As a Power Apps / Low Code App Architect at Systech, you will be a key member of our Enterprise Architecture team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and other low-code development tools. Your expertise in data analytics and technology will be leveraged to empower our organization with efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications to drive business growth.

Role Description: 

The Application Architect role is integral to our technology team, responsible for designing and implementing advanced application solutions that meet our organization’s needs. Drawing from your extensive software development background, this role involves crafting robust architectures and collaborating with development teams to ensure successful implementation. Your passion for technology and innovative thinking contribute to the creation of efficient and effective application solutions. 

Role Responsibility: 

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand application requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions. 
  • Design and implement scalable application architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements. 
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful execution of architectural designs. 
  • Apply best practices in application architecture to ensure security, scalability, and performance. 
  • Lead discussions around application architecture and guide development teams in implementing best practices. 
  • Utilize your experience to make informed decisions on technology selection and application design strategies. 
  • Stay current with technological advancements and propose innovative solutions to enhance application performance and functionality. 
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, promoting their professional growth. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications seamlessly with other systems and technologies.

Role Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in software development, including application design. 
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions across diverse application domains. 
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools. 
  • Strong grasp of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about application design. 
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Previous experience in a leadership, mentorship, or guidance capacity. 
  • Enthusiasm for staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. 
  • Establish and maintain architectural standards
    and guidelines to ensure consistency across
    projects. 
  • Participate actively in code and architectural
    reviews to maintain high-quality application designs. 

Additional Requirement:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional low-code applications using Power Apps and other relevant tools. 
  • Architect, design, and develop custom applications, workflows, and automation solutions using low-code development methodologies. 
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of low- code applications by adhering to best practices and industry standards. 
  • Work closely with the Data Analytics team to integrate data sources and build data- driven applications for real-time insights. 
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team to maintain high-quality and maintainable solutions. 
  • Strong expertise in using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), as well as other low-code development platforms. 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS for hosting and managing low- code applications. 
  • Extensive background in data analytics and understanding of data visualization techniques.
