Vice President, Enterprise Architecture

Aditya Gollapudi, with over 20 years in Data and Analytics Architecture, serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Systech Solutions. His primary role at Systech is driving innovation and orchestrating the architectural frameworks for Data & Analytics. His expertise extends to implementing Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solutions, and navigating cloud computing across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

Aditya is steering a program aimed at harmonizing data and technology architectures across diverse business units, integrating advanced analytics, AI/ML, and DevOps practices into the core business model, to optimize operations and lay a foundation for scalable growth.

Before his tenure at Systech, Aditya was AVP, Cloud Solution Architect at Genpact for eight years. In this capacity, he was instrumental in designing and deploying scalable data solutions and leading the development of Business Intelligence visualization platforms. His tenure at Genpact also saw him playing a pivotal role in crafting Digital Transformation solutions, particularly in the Supply Chain domain.

A significant aspect of Aditya’s role is the cultivation of talent through focused mentorship and skill development. He is dedicated to identifying potential architects and technology leaders within the team and nurturing their growth through a structured mentorship program. This approach elevates individual career trajectories and enhances the collective capabilities of the team.

Aditya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras. On a personal front, Aditya resides in Bangalore with his wife and son. He is an astrophotography enthusiast with two telescopes primarily focused on planetary and solar system objects and has a burgeoning interest in deep space photography. Additionally, Aditya enjoys traveling and has explored 17 countries with a desire to experience more diverse cultures and landscapes.
