Role Description:

We are looking for strong content writers and story tellers, passionate about digital technologies/solutions who can write in both – short form and long form content. If you love to learn, think strategically, and build relevant stories of business value, this job is for you.

Role Responsibility:

  • Customer success stories – Create a defined number of customer success stories every month – once we have a go ahead from customers that they will do the success story, liaison with customers to create these stories, send them back to customers for approvals. Share these Customer success stories with Marketing Assistant for sharing on Social Media, and wider Systech team.

  • Collateral – Write a defined number of collateral that Systech Sales/Business Development team may require.

  • Content for Campaign Executions – Write out highly effective content, that helps increase campaign effectiveness.

  • Content for Social Media Campaigns – Work closely with Marketing Assistant to ensure content is appropriate for these channels, and gets high number of engagements/likes.

  • Other Content that we may require –  Blogs, social media posts, internal and external newsletter, press releases, email marketing, script writing for video content.

Role Requirement:

  • Ideal candidate should have flair for writing

  • Impeccable grasp on English language including slangs and idioms

  • Use all the available data/info and translate it into articles/blogs/

  • Work independently with minimum supervision

  • Excellent strategic planning, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills

  • Multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently

  • Meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

  • An eye for relevant content topics in relation to brand awareness, prospecting, and conversion

  • Possess strong creative drive

Additional Requirement:

  • Quickly churn out well-researched content in the digital technology space suitable to the purpose the content is meant for

  • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content

  • Develop technical and business content such as case studies, solution data sheets, solution over views for websites, social media, email marketing, and print collateral

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement

  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing consistent with brand style guidelines to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
