Sr. Database Administrator (Multiple Positions)
Responsibilities
Performance Optimization- Conduct in-depth performance analysis and tuning for SQL Server queries, procedures, and workloads.
- Diagnose complex issues using tools such as execution plans, wait statistics, and DMVs.
- Define and implement modern, scalable SQL Server architectures in hybrid environments.
- Develop and enforce database development and deployment standards.
- Creating and maintaining database schemas, including tables, views, indexes, and other objects.
- Implementing data models and database designs.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading database software and related infrastructure.
- Ensure robust database management including availability, recovery, backup strategies, and system monitoring.
- Oversee access controls, compliance, and security configurations.
- Lead strategic conversations with engineering and business teams to align design and performance decisions.
- Act as a mentor for junior DBAs and guide cross-functional team members on database best practices.
- Manage and optimize Cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure.
- Support cloud migration projects and design cloud-first database strategies.
- Implementing and maintaining security policies, roles, and permissions to protect sensitive data.
- Ensuring compliance with data security regulations and best practices.
- Auditing database access and usage.
- Implementing encryption and other security measures.
- Performing routine database maintenance tasks, such as patching, upgrades, and backups.
- Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
- Providing technical support to users and other IT teams.
- Collaborating with application developers, system engineers, and other IT professionals.
- Communicating with stakeholders regarding database status, performance, and security.
- Providing training and mentorship to junior DBAs.
- Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies in database management.
- Evaluating and recommending new database technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaborating and engaging with customers to better understand their needs and provide necessary technological support.
- Managing and maintaining working relationships with customers, enabling efficient customer service, relationship management and growth.
- Providing support to the sales team in defining solutions during sales cycles; defining industry models and best practices for crafting solutions; participating in projects to define solutions and providing guidelines to the development team.
- Creating collateral to support the Marketing/Sales teams.
- 10% Travel for meetings and presentations.
Qualifications / Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering or related field + 8 yrs. experience in job offered or related occupation.
- Travel/relocate to unanticipated work locations throughout the US as needed with expenses paid by the employer.
- Telecommuting allowed.

Business Intelligence Analyst (Multiple Positions)
Responsibilities
- Planning, developing and testing Business Intelligence programs using Data Warehousing tools such as Informatica, SQL, DBT, Oracle, Cloud Platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Microsoft Azure, Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Python and Web & .Net Technologies.
- Designing, developing, implementing and testing logical & physical data models
- Performing data cleansing, extraction and transformations (ETL) loading processes
- Providing technical support during parallel runs
- Consulting the user to set operating procedures and clarifying program objectives
- Writing codes following given standards and carrying out tests as per plan
- Providing installation, implementation and maintenance support upon completion of installation
- Developing documentation for application modules, user’s instructions and technical reference and providing support to users
- 10% Travel for meetings and presentations within U.S.
Qualifications / Minimum Requirements
