Srini Ramaswamy is a co-founder of the Systech global brand and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the International region, encompassing India, UAE, and the Middle East and Africa (MENA). Educated at IIT Madras, Srini has held multiple pivotal leadership roles across the company, including COO, CTO, and Chief Architect.

In 1993, Srini co-founded Systech alongside his long-time friend and business partner, Arun Gollapudi, to bring the burgeoning field of analytics to enterprises worldwide. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in driving Systech’s operational growth and technology vision as the data landscape evolved. He has led the development of strategies, solutions, and partnerships across key industry verticals, including Retail, Distribution, Healthcare, and Financial Services. Before his entrepreneurial journey with Systech, Srini served on the technology staff at Nestlé.

In his current role, Srini is driving the brand’s expansion into the thriving economies of his designated international territories. He is dedicated to bringing the company’s extensive analytics expertise and reputation for success to regional customers and partners.

Beyond business growth, Srini considers his proudest achievement to be mentoring multiple cohorts of talent, many of whom have risen to leadership positions within Systech and other leading global brands. He continues to explore new regions of growth for Systech and currently resides in the UAE with his wife and family.
