Arun Gollapudi, CEO & Co-Founder of Systech Solutions, Inc., is a leader continuously pushing Systech into new frontiers of technology innovation and global markets. In his 25+ years of experience, Arun has brought Systech into projects spanning across 50 countries and 25 industry verticals, delivering cutting-edge and revolutionary data analytic solutions for customers.

Arun, alongside long-time business partner and friend, Srini Ramaswamy, founded Systech in 1992, with the mission to demystify the bits and bytes of databases everywhere. After experiencing first-hand the cost and complexity of building on-premises analysis and reporting solutions in his previous role at Nestle, Arun conceived of Systech as an entrepreneurship idea while pursuing his MBA at UCLA. Since then, Systech has grown beyond just a consulting practice.

Since the inception of Systech, Arun has also allocated resources and time towards establishing its Bootcamp program, which has successfully graduated over 1100 business intelligence and data integration specialists, collectively architecting advanced Artificial Intelligence and Advance Analytics solutions for Business applications. He recently launched the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics (Center for AIA) with Ganesh Natarajanto to educate and explore an Artificial Intelligence and Analytics driven future.  

Arun’s specialty is helping clients envision new ways of doing business, from how they use their data, to recognizing relevant patterns and how they leverage and apply those insights to make operational interventions that derive competitive advantage. Most recently, his attention has been partial to machine learning, cloud, platforms, and their application across various business landscapes.

Arun holds a BS in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, MS in Engineering from the UNB and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and kids.
