Job Position Details
UI/UX & Web designer will support the organization’s marketing and communications team by creating materials across Video, Web content that advance our branding efforts. This role requires creation of high quality visual designs that communicate a message or tell a story for internal and external marketing campaigns.

Role Description:
Graphic designer and video creator will support the organization’s marketing and communications team by creating materials that advance our branding efforts. This role requires creation of high quality visual content that communicate a message or tell a story for internal and external marketing campaigns.
Role Responsibility:
- Developing visual concepts and designing advertisements that effectively communicate with target audiences
- Create high impact infographics and presentation materials for social media and ensure increased engagement
- Creating marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, flyers, posters, billboards, or postcards to promote products or services
- Create video clips that generate high traffic
- Develop highly effective information animations and short videos
- Designing visual elements such as logos, brochures, product labels, or packaging materials
- Reviewing design concepts with clients to obtain feedback and refine designs as needed
Additional Requirement:
- Responsible for creating high quality visual designs, apps and websites for marketing needs – website design, email templates, SharePoint site, MicroSites, Websites, branding guidelines, infographics, videos, social media content, brochures.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Creating corporate websites and microsites on WordPress and other content management platforms
- Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes for websites.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our marketing assets.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UI/UX/Design methodologies and testing activities in order to marketing team
- Generate solution demo videos for marketing campaigns that are unique and engaging to encourage consumers to purchase a product or service.
- Create graphic design templates and pre-designed templates for blogs, social media, website, emails for quick and ready-to-use designs with few customization steps
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with others and educate clients about the design process and explain the reasoning behind design decisions
